Climate Gen Champions Awarded

After the series of blended and face-to-face sessions, the participants were tasked to create their own project proposals based on their chosen environmental advocacy and target communities. A total of seven (7) projects were proposed:

• BangsaMulat: Awakening Climate Leaders for Sustainable Tomorrow

• Kaalam sa Kinaiyahan: A Case Study of Environmental Practices and Conservation of IPs in the Municipality of Talaingod

• Before a Flood: A Guide to Preparedness

The Climate Gen Philippines team evaluated the proposal and chose the TOP 3 projects for a ₱30,000 (~$340) grant. After careful consideration based on the SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time-bounded) rubrics, the following are the chosen grantees.
