Costa Marina Sanctuary Visit

The ten selected environmental advocates finally converged on their first sanctuary visit in Costa Marina, Island Garden City of Samal. After a short kamustahan led by Ms.Ailene Tagorda, Climate Gen Philippines Workshop Lead, the session started with the talk on Project Management by Ms. Rea Salise, Climate Gen Philippines Head of Partnerships and Promotions.

After lunch, the program resumed through a comprehensive discussion, by Dr. Rochelle Coronel, Director of the Tropical Institute for Climate Studies of the Ateneo de Davao University, on Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation.

The participants then checked in in their rooms, had a group dinner, and ended the day with the sharing circles facilitated by the Climate Gen Philippines team.
