During the youth project implementation period, the core team provided support to our members so they can feel safe to step out of their comfort zone and try something new, experiencing the work professionally. We guide them through the entire project lifecycle, from crafting compelling proposals to navigating the complexities of budget planning. Our mentoring equips them with the skills to secure sponsorships, allowing their vision to take flight. In particular, we equip them with the tools to navigate inevitable team conflicts, fostering a collaborative and solution-oriented environment. This comprehensive approach empowers them to confidently implement their own impactful environmental campaigns.
